Matthews will be responsible for providing support to AIM’s extensive customer base in the northeast region of the United States.
Chris Matthews joined AIM’s Customer Service team in 2010. In 2014, Matthews was promoted to the position of Customer Service Manager. His attention to detail and expertise in problem solving positioned the department for success. Having served as manager for the Customer service department, Matthews has vast knowledge of AIM’s customer base and practices. His proven expertise will be a valuable contribution to AIM’s growing sales and support team.
