Product Description
WS716 Water Soluble Liquid Flux is halogen-free and designed specifically for wave soldering and selective soldering applications. WS716 is alcohol based, organically activated, and rosin-free.
WS716 is a buffered soldering flux with a wide activation range and exceptional wetting characteristics that produce bright shiny solder joints on leaded and lead-free assemblies.
WS716’s post-processing residues must be removed using DI water or aqueous cleaners.
Application Use
- Wide process window
- Easy to clean residues using water with a final DI rinse
- Promotes fast wetting on bare copper, solder coated, and organic coated PWBs
- High SIR values after proper cleaning
