Product Description
RMA202-25 is a high-solids mildly activated liquid rosin flux developed for high reliability soldering applications.
RMA202-25 proprietary activator system provides a wide process window, excellent thermal transfer, and powerful wetting with both lead-free and leaded assemblies.
RMA202-25 leaves a post-process flux residue that is both non-corrosive and non-conductive and does not require removal.
Application Use
- High SIR values appropriate for automotive, medical, and military applications
- Flux residues are safe on the board after soldering
• When cleaning is required, residues can be removed via vapor degreasing, solvent cleaners, and aqueous cleaners - Medium solids
- Powerful wetting promotes full barrel-fill
- Compatible with all AIM RMA fluxes
