Product Description
NC275B VOC-Free Water-Based No Clean Flux outperforms competing alcohol-based liquid fluxes in wave soldering processes. NC275B’s superior wetting performance and electrochemical reliability make it an ideal chemistry for most applications.
NC275B’s halogen-free/VOC-free formulation is environmentally friendly without compromising activity.
NC275B flux residue is compatible with AIM’s line of no clean chemistries including solder paste, cored solder wire, and rework fluxes.
Application Use
- Designed for spray flux application
- Water-based chemistry contains no flammable solvent
- High activity promotes barrel-fill with all lead-free alloys
- No clean: post-reflow residues are safe to leave on the assembly
