Product Description
Glow Core is a no clean cored solder wire designed to offer excellent wetting characteristics with leaded alloys.
The novel activator in Glow Core produces fast cycle time and powerful capillary action. Glow Core promotes thermal transfer, offering better solder penetration into plated through holes or surface mount interconnections.
Glow Core cored wire produces low-to-medium post-process residues that are electrically safe and do not require cleaning.
Application Use
- Better solder penetration for PTH and SMT interconnections
- ROL0 flux classification acceptable for use in automotive, medical, and military applications
- Extended tip life: flux formulation designed to minimize corrosion of soldering iron tip
