AIM’s Manuel Munguia obtains SMT Processes Certification

Cranston, Rhode Island - AIM Solder, a leading global manufacturer of solder assembly materials for the electronics industry, is pleased to announe that Manuel Munguia, Senior Technical Support Engineer – Mexico, has successfully completed the SMTA Certification program, and is now recognized as an STMA Certified Process Engineer.

The SMTA Certification Program is a three-day offering, intended for SMT Process and Manufacturing Engineers, consisting of a 1.5-day work

shop on topics in SMT processes. The program concludes with an open and closed book examination. This challenging examination requires both written answers and calculations, with the intent to enable the attendee to establish competitive credentials, as certified by the SMTA.
