Now, as I step into my new role as Vice President, Customer Experience, my goal is to make sure the support we offer is stronger than ever.

Customer service isn’t just about answering calls—it’s about trust. It’s about knowing that when you reach out, you’ll get the help you need quickly. It’s about having a team that listens, adapts, and finds solutions.
That’s what we’ve always done at AIM, and in my new role, I’m making it my priority to raise the bar even higher.

Looking Ahead
I’m excited about this next chapter—not just for me, but for AIM and for the customers we serve. My goal is simple: to make it easier than ever to do business with AIM and to ensure every customer knows they can count on us.
