AIM to Highlight Revolutionary M8 Solder Paste at SMT Hybrid Packaging 2016

Cranston, Rhode Island - AIM Solder, a leading global manufacturer of solder assembly materials for the electronics industry, will highlight their revolutionary M8 No Clean Solder Paste along with their full line of solder assembly materials in stand 7-424 at the SMT Hybrid Packaging 2016 trade show, scheduled to take place April 26th – April 28th in Nuremberg, Germany.  Additionally, AIM will introduce two new, exciting lead-free solder alloys.

M8 No Clean Solder Paste has been formulated to address the most demanding requirements confronting today’s SMT assembly market. M8 is proven to improve production yields and product quality, whether printing 0.50 area ratios or eliminating voiding on QFN and LED packages.  M8's post-reflow residue passes all IPC, BONO and tough changing environment test specifications, making it the ideal choice for automotive and high performance/high reliability applications.

REL61 is a new low silver, improved reliability alloy providing significant improvements in thermal cycling and wetting performance when compared to other low silver alloys and costs significantly less than SAC305.  REL22 is a new high reliability alloy that offers advancements in both durability and soldering performance over other lead-free high reliability alloys currently used in harsh environments, such as automotive, aerospace and geographical exploration equipment.
